By accessing or using Planika ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the service
You may use Planika only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
3. Accounts and data
You may need to register to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You retain ownership of the data you submit; we process it as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Subscription and payment
Paid plans are subject to the pricing and billing terms presented at sign-up or in your account. Fees are generally charged in advance. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy as stated at the time of purchase.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planika and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited as set out in your plan or agreement.
6. Changes and contact
